Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Manual Payment Cancellation
If you have submitted a manual payment by error and wish to cancel before admin approval, you may request cancellation within 24 hours by contacting [email protected] with your Transaction ID.
2. Live Batch & Course Refunds
For live interactive batches, refund requests submitted prior to the commencement of the second scheduled live lecture will be reviewed for partial or full refund minus nominal processing costs. Once full access to recorded modules or download notes is unlocked, courses become non-refundable.
